Are you about to start importing products or considering the possibilities?Join us for an afternoon during which you get both legal advice about import and the possibility to learn from the experiences of an importer.
Lars Kühnel, Partner and Lawyer at Advokatfirmaet Kühnel talks about the regulations when it comes to importing products - both from other EU countries and outside the EU. During his talk he'll also focus on:
- The trade mark rules and their importance for illegal parallel imports
- The importance of a written agreement with suppliers when it comes to delivery, the risk of the goods until arrival, defects, where a case shall be settled in case of a dispute, etc.
Kristian Ishøy, Owner of the the Spanish wine bar D'Wine and Restaurant D'Wine shares his experiences about importing wine from Spain and gives his advice about do's and don'ts about import.
All talks will be given in English to welcome both Danish and international startups.
