Effective Job Search in Denmark 2021

To increase the chances of jobs and limit the time as a job seeker, it will require smart job search. Smart job search is at the same time efficient job search, and companies recruit and hire new employees in several ways. We will tell you about the ways and methods that leads you to get the job as quickly as possible through active actions and dialogue with the employers.

Networking - Strategy and “how-to”

53% of all jobs in Denmark are filled through networking and unsolicited job search. The Danes are quite good at using and helping each other when hiring new employees. We will talk about how to succeed in getting a job through active networking, including via LinkedIn, as well as by being curious about the Danes and creating new relationships all the time.

The Online Job Interview

The use of online job interviews has intensified over the past year and has come to stay. 33% of the companies that have used online job interviews will continue to do so. It places demands on the job seeker's preparation and online performance. We will tell you how prepare yourself most effectively both in relation to the interview itself but also to the job interview taking place in a media, where more efforts and work is needed to demonstrate the motivation as well as the relevant professional commitment and personality. In short, how to best present yourself as a job candidate.
