Job search seminar for international job seekers in North Denmark
Are you new to job search in Denmark? Or could you use some practical help and guidance on how to successfully search for a job?
International House North Denmark and Hjørring Municipality would like to invite you to a free of charge seminar where you will be introduced to the basics of job search in Denmark and get an insight into writing a CV and cover letter according to Danish requirements.
You will also hear more about the benefits of using Linkedin, how to establish your own personal brand, and how you can use the platform for networking in your job search.
When: 13th June 2023
Time: 14:00 - 16:00 hours
Where: Sct Knuds park 6, 9800 Hjørring
Costs: Free
The workshop will be in English and will cover:
- writing a short, effective cover letter and a CV that appeal to Danish employers
- preparing unsolicited applications
- knowing how to look for companies and send your applications to potential employers.
- how to prepare for the job interview.
- the benefits of using Linkedin in your job search
- establishing a personal brand via Linkedin
- how to expand your professional network
