Game Scope invites game developers to the Game Scope Expo August 25th – 28th

As a part of Game Scope’s goal of celebrating games and gaming culture, we invite game developers to come and exhibit their games at Game Scope. The Expo area will be at the centre of the festival, granting developers a perfect opportunity to talk with likeminded professionals and the public.

Being an exhibitor at the Game Scope Expo is free of charge.

Game Scope provides each booth with at least:

  • 1x table
  • 2x chairs (if necessary)
  • Power access
  • Internet access
  • Booth space: approx. 5m2. 

Game companies are self-responsible for all PR- & marketing related material and booth representation. This includes all hardware and electronics besides power and internet access.

The Expo will be open from 10am to 6pm August 25th, 26th and 27th and from 10am to 4pm 28th.

Requirements:

  • You must be a professional game company to exhibit at Game Scope.
  • At least 2 company or game promotional rollups
  • The booth is manned at all times during the opening hours.

 

Important dates:

June 15th: Registration closes

June 30th: Floorplan & practical information is sent out to all exhibitors

August 24th: Booth setup. The venue is open for exhibitors between 10am and 6pm to setup their booth installment.

August 25th: The venue is open for exhibitors at 7am and the booths has to be ready 9.30am.

August 28th: The venue has to be cleared of all exhibitions by 8pm.
