The fair is meant to welcome all new internationals, students, and families alike, to the city of Aalborg and to Nordjylland in general.

This event is the perfect place for you to come and be the information point for questions that our new citizens might have. We want to inform you in good time about some practicalities of this event.

There is limited space, so if you want to represent your organisation at the Internationals’ Fair 2024, be quick to sign up!

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

You must live up to the following criteria in order to take part in Internationals’ Fair North Denmark 2024:

·        Your services must be in English and relevant to international citizens

·        Your involvement in the event must be free of charge

·        You must represent the entire industry or field that you are part of and not promote own services only

𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗲: September 21, 2024 (Kl. 11:00-14:00)

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Aalborg Main Library, Rendsburggade 2

𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀: Each stand will have one table and a maximum of two chairs. Since there is limited space, we ask you to come with no more than two people. You are of course welcome to rotate and wander around the fair yourselves.

𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀: We encourage you to bring roll-ups and brochures.

𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱: We (Rikke and colleagues) will be present at Aalborg Main Library from 10:00. We will make sure that all the stands, tables, chairs, etc. are set up. You only need to bring your own supplies and materials. From 10.30-11:00, we will serve sandwiches and you can set your stand up during that time. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions to consider.
