Job search seminar for international job seekers in North Denmark 

 

Are you new to job search in Denmark? Or could you use some practical help and guidance on how to successfully search for a job? 

International House North Denmark and Hjørring Municipality would like to invite you to a free of charge seminar where you will be introduced to the basics of job search in Denmark.

 

 

When: 11th February, 2025

Time: 14:00 - 16.00 hours

Where:  Sct. Knuds Park 6, 9800 Hjørring

Costs: Free





The seminar will be in English and will cover:

  • writing a short, effective cover letter and a CV that appeal to Danish employers

  • preparing unsolicited applications
  • knowing how to look for companies and send your applications to potential employers.
  • how to prepare for the job interview.

  • the benefits of using Linkedin in your job search

  • establishing a personal brand via Linkedin

  • how to expand your professional network
  • the benefits of network meetings and how to set them up via Linkedin
